Kitan Mastiff puppies are evaluated from birth and continuing throughout their first weeks, with a final evaluation done at 8 weeks of age. I do my best to match each individual puppy to the best prospective home; taking show or pet conformation potential as well as temperament and suitability into consideration. Preferences for a show potential puppy will be given to persons who intend to pursue a conformation title, and in consideration of the puppy buyer’s place on the waiting list. A show potential puppy may go to a home with no intention of showing, for the appropriate price. I only want my puppies to go to homes where they will be considered members of the family! If there are any questions or concerns about this application or my contract and guarantee, please discuss them with me prior to sending the application, and especially the deposit letter.

Deposits are requested in the amount of $500. Deposits may be in the form of cash, money order, cashiers check, personal check or Paypal. If your application and deposit are accepted, a puppy is held and any other potential buyers for this puppy are rejected, should you wish not to take this puppy for any reason your deposit will not be refunded. If it is determined that there is not a suitable puppy for you in this litter your deposit will be refunded. The whole amount of the deposit will go towards the purchase price of the puppy. Please sign and return this letter with your deposit to reserve a puppy.
